“being a mirror”
Q:
When I read this article(Instant Karma at the Grocery Store), I felt "becoming a mirror" is the keyword I need now.
But I'm not sure what it means.
Yesterday I got depressed a lot in my relationship with my friend.
So I do want to learn and grow.
A:
I think, being a mirror = 4th and 5th chakras well developed.
Heart is big, we accept much, don't struggle with reality, and feel even if afraid..
Mind is clear and simple, wanting to see deeply, trying to help carefully.
Being a good mirror depends on inner spiritual development.
As for feeling depressed a lot in relationship,
there are always causes, and looking deeper, you'd find them if you seek.
When you feel depressed, don't think negative thoughts about yourself,
like, "I'm so stupid, I hate feeling this way, what's wrong with me?"
Try asking, "how do I really feel, what do I really want, and why am I sad?"
you have good reasons to feel sad and disappointed.
When you open and listen more to your feelings,
this says to deeper mind, "i want to accept you"
and shows "i am OK, i love myself no matter how i feel" |
